RETSINA AMPHORE NATURE // Tetramythos, 2020, Greece. 11.5% (Organic) 

Best retsina we’ve ever tried - sealed with pine resin from trees surrounding their organic vineyards. Made with fruit that is organic and unirrigated, this beautiful wine is fermented in clay amphorae and flavoured with pine resin from the trees surrounding the Grecian vineyards.

SUPER NAT PET NAT // New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, 2019. 12% 

There is only 90 bottles of this Hawkes Bay fizz in UK - a bottle of this is a perfect celebration pairing! With lime marmalade, vanilla, mandarin and mineral notes, this sparking Pet Nat leaves the flavour of soft & creamy mousse on the palette, alongside biscuity aromas.

PET NAT = ‘Petillant Naturel’ is an ancient method of making sparkling wines where bubbles are produced in the first fermentation in the bottle, rather than in a second, leaving a natural organic sediment and honeyed flavours.
